Coyote Calling Saturday 16 JAN 2016

Krueger and I went out this afternoon at 3:45 to try and call in some coyotes before the big freeze hits.  It was 30 degrees with a slight breeze (10 mh) from the WSW.

We made two sets on the first property and only saw a blue jay.  We swapped properties and after two sets there saw nothing - unless you count the 50 or so geese.  We should have brought geese decoys and shotguns instead of coyote decoys and rifles.

We did get to see some pretty Indiana countryside and a spot of Big Red as he set in the West.  Beautiful day to be out and about - even if nothing died.

That's decoy George "watching" the Mojo move in the background.
He's facing into the wind.  We sat back this way (downwind).
You can just see Big Red through the trees.  Beautiful out.
